Laughter Workout conducts Laughter and Relaxation sessions which are based on Laughter Yoga.
The techniques combine gentle stretching, yogic breathing, and laughter exercises.
The exercises are conducted using child-like playfulness and eye contact. As laughter can be contagious, often pretend laughter becomes real so that natural laughter follows. Each session ends with relaxation.
Laughter and Relaxation sessions can be held within the working environment, events, workshops, community settings or at a Laughter Club - as long as there is sufficient space.
